1) The Gate Controller has an intermittent fault. Sometimes the keypad doesn't work. The repairman will be here Tuesday September 13th.
2) The old gate access code (#1234) will be deactivated shortly. This is the code you've used for years to access the complex after hours. Your new unique code had been emailed to each of you. If you did not receive your unique access code, or have misplaced it, please contact Dave Shingledecker ASAP.
3) The weeds along the roads are scheduled to be cut down on September 19th and 20th.
4) Homeowners are reminded that per the CCR&Rs, you are required to remove all dead trees on your property and must plant a new tree in its place.
